Certified organic since it was taken over in 2021, Château de la Craffe is a 20-hectare vineyard and orchard, managed without pesticides, synthetic fertilisers or insecticides, where water, soil, vines, animals, trees and biodiversity thrive together.

La Craffe is a farm constantly experimenting with alternative, sustainable farming systems that respect our local terroirs. We are committed to restoring the soil and creating a climate-resilient agroecosystem around our crops, which will benefit both our production and the environment around us.

We practise committed regenerative agriculture, with a particular focus on agroforestry, green manure and plant-based preparations (PNPPs),
and we do not plough the soil.

A wine story

Who are we ?

We are three friends and owners of Château de la Craffe: Quentin, Joann, and Charlie. But it's mainly me, Quentin, who manages
the project (tractor, winemaking, sales, printing, paperwork, (and this wonderful website!), and lots of other things...).
Joann and Charlie have their own jobs, but they obviously keep up with what's happening at the estate and are always eager to taste the new wines. Joann and Quentin live together at the estate with their two children.
